Windows Tfs 0.4 crash when one player try to enter. (GUILD WAR OF ELF)

When I put the War_system of elf. I don't know... But All sql query are ready and OK my database is OK and scripts are OK...

When I put the server online and when One player press enter to look if are online the server the server only crash. =///

Anyone have idea to this bug? :confused:
