Compiling TFS 0.4 LATEST REV! ERROR! 64-bit

Hello when i try to compile the Latest Rev. of tfs 0.4. i am getting this error. (

[Resource error] can't popen `gcc -E -xc -DRC_INVOKED  TheForgottenServer_private.rc': No error

)
and this.

  *** [obj/TheForgottenServer_private.res] Error 1
