What values does the config.lua allow for 'rateSpawn'?
It is only real numbers or does it take rational numbers as well?
I've tried setting it to 'rateSpawn = 0.1', but it doesn't seem to have made much difference.
Here is my story. I'm running a server for my house.
We average 3ppl online, and may go as high as 10 (very small).
It's all hosted locally (No lag... ever... yay!).
Our map has the RL-tibia files along with few other maps were edited in as well.
Because the map is so huge, I want to encourage people to explore rather then to
grind one location.
Furthermore, 'rateSpawn = 1' causes monsters to spawn much faster then I was used to in
the official cipsoft tibia. This could be simply because I'm not used to playing with so few
people online, but my paladin is CONSTANTLY running into backspawn. It's as though I can't
leave the frame without every single monster re-appearing.
Any suggestions on how to get the spawn rate to be much slower?
