GlobalEvent [TFS 1.0/1.1] TP room text/effects

I have tested all the posted codes and cant get it to work with tfs 1.2.

No error code, no clue, no nothing.
 
Zbizu dont change to 1.3 because support of this forum ignoring him and moral law.
