[TFS 1.0] onUse create teleport, timer

Hello! Im requesting a script that will be used on my TFS 1.0 server.
You will right-click on a item (onUse), then a teleport will be added on x=xxxx y=xxxx z=x.
And it will be removed after 20 seconds. And the item can not be used until the other players have left
the area.

Also.. is it possible to put a exhaust for 2 hours to the players who entered the teleport?
