Anyone had any luck figuring out how the magic abilities are working on certain items such as 03:01 You see a frozen cape (Arm:1). [ice.+14%] I've tested this with ice damage to creatures and ice damage received from creatures and there has been no change in the damages. I even set the combat damages to a constant 100 for testing purposes. This also goes for Fire, Holy, Death, Earth.. Basically all the elemental damage types. Also, I think this was brought up earlier in the thread but I'm still not understanding how the Healing -x value is working. Any insight would be extremely beneficial. Thanks in advance.
