[TFS 1.3] [8.6] No PZ lock when attack player with skull

When attacking a player with skull i dont have pz lock.
The player with skull has PZ lock and its working correctly, but When someone attack the player with skull i dont have pz lock and can go into depo.
Where to find solution to enable pz when attacking players with skull?
