Hello!
Is it possible to create an NPC that will give special attributes to items, or an item that will do so?
+ descriptions on the item in % as in "rarity rolls" ?
The best way would be, for example, from rank for shuffles.
In my case:
If storage xxxx > 10 then
1 attribute
else if storage xxxx > 20 then
2 attributes
etc.
