TFS crashing, houses getting wiped

I had my server crash last night, looking at the logs this was the last thing to happen;

I've had this problem before, its getting really fucking annoying. I got up today to see that it crashed etc no big deal, and I see that about half of the houses are empty. This happened once before, but ALL of them were emptied. It looks like mostly bigger ones were emptied, but it seems like it was random. I have the auto banish unknown packets on, but I'd like to know how to fix this bug, or how to fix the house problem. Thanks
