I wouldn't recommend you to make this just yet. As TFSCMS has been replaced by Marlex AAC.
 
Well, if it's now for sure that TFSCMS is gonna' be replaced by Marlex AAC... well I'll keep designing this until I'm done and I will wait till' the release of Marlex AAC and include my layout as an addon.

Iv seen Marlex design and it looks 10 times better than yours so far! That means theirs aren't done yet and same with yours so lets make it as a challenge :p
 
All I can say, finish more things before we can comment it. So far it seems to be going to be a tight, clean and simple skin.

I don't think I can reach the level to compete against Feloth skills... not yet, I'm a newbie to web designs. :(
