Greetings everyone.
Recently I have had several questions asking what TFR is, and what features we have and so on. Briefly, TFR is probably one of the very few RPG-projects left. Formerly known as DUP, worked on by many of OpenTibia's best mappers such as Niborz, Silent Reaper, Heer Karel and many more, it has returned in June under the new name of The Forgotten Realms. We've got a new map, with some old parts, new quests, role playing ideas and so much more.
I bet you don't want to read a giant wall of text, so I'll sum up some of our main features in a little list:

I bet you don't want to read a giant wall of text, so I'll sum up some of our main features in a little list:
- Completely custom map, detailed to perfection and for rpg gameplay.
- Many, many, many long quests that take days and days of thoughtful planning to complete.
- Our own unique way of vocations (currently under development).
- A low experience rate that will provide the ultimate experience for anyone who likes low-experience RPG servers (hint hint, like the well-known "TLL").
- All our creatures and items except for runes and buildings are completely custom to give a new look; although using the tibia sprites so a custom client is not needed.
- NPCs that interact to almost all keywords related to their genre.
- A completely new world for you to explore and discover!
