Compiling The forgotten server.ico

I was just wondering how can I change the theforgottenserver.ico to an ico image that I want?

Any other way to change it? the way amiroslo suggested it only changed the icon in the folder but when I click the exe file it still shows up in the left corner of the exe as the TFS Icon
