Tibia server 11

Hello, I have a server running version 11, but I have a question whether the commands / s / m / n / would work and just like the character has the Admin group? do I have the right to use these commands somewhere else? However, I have set the Admin after entering the command there is no reaction with any commands

By "Admin" you mean you set the Account Type to 5 and Group ID to 3?

That's what I meant and you know maybe why after logging out, the character returns to its original or initial state?
