Answer is no, if you aren't skilled enough to modify the client in some way which I doubt you are.

I think i know what you mean, so if you BC'd a link and it comes up like this, www.otland.net and you just click on it to open your web browser up and it opens the website?

Yes, thats what he means.

If he broadcasts a link of some kind, you'll be able to click on it and your browser will open up with that page. He wonders if its possible to do that.

I don't think it would be possible, at least not without editing the client, and that's at the moment impossible since we don't have the sources for the tibia client.. =/ Sorry.
