Trouble with ports (hosting)

So, i have ports 80, 7171, 7172 UDP and TCP open on both my computer firewall and router. Yet whenever i check all 3 are closed. i have checked with both DMZ (router) on and firewall off and still both ports are blocked.

i searched if my network provider (sasktel/shaw) blocked ports but there was only one outdated resource saying no.

is it certain that my provider is blocking points or is there anything else i'm missing?

Test your ports with an online port checker like this one: http://************/index.php?portchecker

If that fails and you are sure that everything is working call up your ISP maybe they want to do it for you.
