Compiling Trunk or tag? URGENT {+Rep}

Hello there, me again, Im wondering something about compiling.

NOTE: Im using TFS 0.2 (patch 22, not 23).

How can I know if I have trunk or tag? Anyways Ive tried compiling on both types following all the steps here and also the ones on docs/README from my serv and I still cant, it does everything correctly but when it finishes compiling I dont get any errors but also I dont get any "done" messages or any ".exe" anywhere neither.

I only (sometimes) just get these weird "makefile.win" or "account.o" or weird files like that

Is is that the tutorial is outdated or am I doing something wrong?

If so can anyone lead me to a more updated or correct guide/tutorial?

when you download your sources from http://svn.otland.net/public ... the dev-cpp project should be all you need to compile

there are only tags in 0.2 version there are not any trunk...
