it says clearly Unknow MySQL server host 'otserv', now think about this error, check all possibilities and then ask again, it will help supporters alot ;d

Look i even took out the things from the rare file i downloaded, just changed it to otserv and typed in my pass, still the same problem, im doing exact like the tutorial says too.

unless the computername is otserv you should change it to localhost.
