Tutor on TFS

1. i want to ask if its possible to make tutor in TFS
its enough if i will just make new group in mysql and give flags which i want?

2. but what each flag mean?

Translation..... tick the boxes you want the tutors to have then copy the number in the flags box

Don't forget to change ids in database.groups
