Well, I just made another one tutorial for people who were asking as well about the White Deers.
'Where are White deers?'
In this thread you can know that where they spawn exactly after the raid.
And yes, it's like a random raid what it does only spawn one per day and there are like 20 or more White Deers.
Note: You need Golden Fir Cone for tame this mount!
Always runs away. After killing it, it will re-appear as an Enraged White Deer or Desperate White Deer.
It has a 30% chance of appearing as enraged and 70% as desperate. Only enraged white deer can be tamed with a Golden Fir Cone.
Here are only one White Deer in each location.
