Linux Ubuntu 20.04, cmake error

Hello,
Been a while.. Well, came back to setup a server to edit in my first sprites I'll make but I ran into some Cmake issues..
Never had those before, so I've read what the Issue was about and googled some aswell but found nothing else than "Solved update package" which did not seem to help at all.

Thoughts so far:
boost_date_time = ?
a file missing permission = ?

Also linked error file
Any Ideas?

Guide: otland/forgottenserver (https://github.com/otland/forgottenserver/wiki/Compiling-on-Ubuntu)
Package: opentibiabr/otservbr-global (https://github.com/opentibiabr/otservbr-global) //// also did try the 10.98 version on a clean ubuntu but did not seem to work, is the boost files outdated by any chance?
