I installed ubuntu it looks awesome and proffesional and it is fast however, how can import files from windows 7 to here?
And how do i rune notepad++, crying damson.exe, OTmapeditor ETC.? and how about xampp?

there are tons of ways to transfer files between computers...
i would probly just use ssh

and ubuntu does not run .exe's so the answer is: you dont
u should already have a www folder, use that as if it was your htdocs folder
u need to learn how to compile on linux to run the server

Did you dual boot? if so then just go to "Computer" on Ubuntu and there should be a a partition that belongs to windows, if you plan to run windows programs on Linux you need WINE(be warned that not all of the programs may run as good as windows does it, so don't get you hopes high), like Bintzer said you need to learn how to compile TFS on Linux there are tutorials on how to set up a complete server on Linux, to run Remere's Map Editor you need to compile a certain dependency to run it. If in trouble ask the community they will help you in any ways possible!
 
I finnaly found out how to open otmapeditor and such things with wine etc only lamp is very confusing :p i finnaly made it with terminal but i dont made it 100% yet.
