Unable to load items.otb.

After I edit my tibia.dat & items.otb with the dat editor and otitemeditor, the server has this error.
Is there a solution? For some reason it won't run.

I am using OtItemEditor 0.2.2. (Client 7.6).

Everything works until I try to run the server.

My executable acts as though it's specifically assigned to the first items.otb.

How can I change that?
