Unban ip? Help me :(

Help me, my server ip banned several players without reason. I really want to remove the ip ban them, how can I do this? They already resetaram the router, the computer and nothing came back.
Please help me, I'm Brazilian, sorry for the mistakes ^ ^

In config.lua it'll say something about ban for invalid packet or whatever set it to false

Then just type unban and their char name or account name

Already got unban. It was not that way, it was a bug in mysql, had several bans there. But anyway, thank you =)
