Hello, welcome to the main thread of the UnknownOT Project.

Basically, Im just here to introduce a new OT in the making. The main reason Im making this thread isnt to brag about anything, but to do some showing off. I want you guys to tell me what I can improve on what Im sharing. Enjoy!

[B]Npc's in Unknown village[/B]
[COLOR="Red"]Eremo:[/COLOR] Eremo is located in the main temple of Unknown village.  She sells Amulet of loss for 50,000 gps, and key rings for 1,000 gps.  
[COLOR="Orange"]Xodet:[/COLOR] Xodet is located south-east of the temple, and west of Dragon Lord mountain.  He sells all wands and rods, and will buy all empty potion flasks.  You can also buy bp's of runes by saying buy bp rune name (Ex. Buy bp sd).
[COLOR="SeaGreen"]Lubo: [/COLOR] Lubo is the town's backpack and equipment Npc.  You can buy every single backpack in the game from him for 20 gps (Except 8.54 backpacks).  You can also buy light shovels, picks, ropes, and worms from him.
[COLOR="cyan"]Frodo:[/COLOR] Frodo is the food Npc.  You can buy bread, cheese, ham, meat, dragon ham, cherries, eggs, and brown mushrooms from him.
[COLOR="DeepSkyBlue"]Captain Turner:[/COLOR] Captain turner is found at basically every spawn, because he is the re[I]turner[/I] to the temple (Hence, his name).
[COLOR="DarkOrchid"]Hamilton:[/COLOR] Hamilton is located 1 floor above the temple.  For paladins, he sells everything you need.
[COLOR="DarkSlateGray"]Ingred:[/COLOR] Ingred is the newest addition to the Npc's.  He buys all kinds of 8.54 items from you.
[COLOR="DarkRed"]Gregory:[/COLOR] Gregory is rookgaard's version of Rashid.  Though, he only buy's armor's leg's, shield's, boot's, and helmet's.

Location: Deep below the lost city of Cornelius

Location: Isle of Dragon's

Be prepared to face: Dragon's
Legend: Centeries ago, the Dragon leader, Dracanian, beleived that slave work was the answer to anything.  Of course, the rest of the dragon's didnt side with him, so they over ruled his power.  The corpse of Draconian still lays in the Isle of Dragon's, awaiting your arival.

Thomas: Thomas will probably be the most difficult Npc on the OT to make. He sells nothing, but is a part of a major quest. ||||||||||||||| 5% done

Borgan: Borgan is a poor fellow with nothing but a measly raft and some rotworm friends. He will introduce a quest to you when you say mission. ||||| 15% done

Francis: Francis will be a bank Npc for Rookgaard. He will be just like any other bank Npc. |||| 30% done

Thomas: Thomas own's his own bakery with his wife, Isabella. He will sell all sort's of food's for you. You can sell meat and ham to him for a small price, after youve earned his trust. |||| 0% done

If your willing to help me out and kill these discusting creature's, I'll give you some much needed experience points towards your next level...

Anubis: As Ive previously told you, cockroach leg's make a terrific soup!  But I seem to be missing a few necessary ingredient's.  If you could visit Frodo is his shop and get 5 bunch's of ripe rice, 2 vial's of water, 1 vial of oil, and 5 bulb's of garlic.  I'll give you some experience point's as a reward for completing this task.  Goodbye |PlayerName|!

Mission I, Act I: Gaining Thomas' trust
The main part for this act is to get formiliar with the Npc's you will be dealing with and the territories you will be traveling too.  First, go to Thomas in his home and talk to him about a [COLOR="RoyalBlue"]mission[/COLOR].

You: Hi
Thomas: <Grumpy> What? What do you want?!
You: Mission
Thomas: No, I dont want to talk to you about your silly little [I]mission's[/I].  The only things Im really concerned about is me and the [COLOR="RoyalBlue"]water[/COLOR] Im dying for.
You: Water
Thomas: Hmmm, that's a  good idea.  Bring me 2 full vial's of water, and then I'll be willing to talk to you about a [COLOR="royalblue"]mission[/COLOR].

You: Hi
Thomas: <Grumpy> What? What do you want?!
You: Water
Thomas: Did you bring my water?!
You: Yes
Thomas: (Snatching the vial's out of your backpack) Thank you so much!  I havnt had water in year's!  Ok, mabye not that long, but what can I give you as a reward?
You: Mission
Thomas: Ohh yea, that's right. You want to do a silly mission.  It just so happen's that I have one that you can do, bur Im going to need for you to listen very closely because I'm only going to repeat this once...
Thomas: Long ago, there was a powerful empire that ruled these land's for decade's.  But the citizen's of Cornelius did not feel there ruler suited there need's.  So, one day they snuck into his castle, and they killed him...
Thomas: The citizen's were so proud of what they had done.  They thought that having no ruler was the best option.  But later they found out, that wasnt the best choice.  Exactly one weak later, Cornelius was destroyed.  To this day, no one knew who exactly rebelled againt Cornelius to take down this empire...
Thomas: What I want you to do is find the old church and retreive 20 ankh's.  You might have to kill some creature's while your there.  Bring the Ankh's back to me and we'll talk about a reward.  Goodluck, |PlayerName|!

Creature Changes

Rat's hitpoint's were increased to 30, and it's experience points per kill was raised to 40.

The cockroach's hitpoints were increased to 150, and it's experience was changed to 100.

Construction has begun on the new 8.54 lizard spawn. Yes, another one.

Ive decided to expand on Unknown Village so there's more house's, more room for Npc's and quest's.

I'm almost done with the frost dragon spawn! Expect picture's soon.

More addition's to Cornelius have been made.

Construction on a new demon spawn has started. Expect updates on that later on.

The shape for the "Noob Island" (Rookgard) has begun as well.

First off, I would appriciate some comment's. Ive made 3 or 4 posts in a row, with zip comments.

Reason for the edit is so I can share a new creature with you.

Creature name: Sewer Worm
Hitpoints: 40
Experience points: 20

It's basically just like a regular rotworm, except for the hitpoints and experience have been lowered. This is because you can only find these creatures in the sewers of Rookgaard. They drop a maximum of 7 gold coins.

Today, I released a private test server, just for basic testing of Npc's. Below in the box is a list to help me keep track of any and all bugs. I'd also like to announce the opening of a public test server. Once all bugs are fixed and the map is near completion, the test server will be released to everyone who wants to participate. I'll tell you one thing now, the public test server wont open for awhile...

Bugs:

Stairs near frost dragon mountain, dragon mountain, dragon lord moutain, and dragon lord cave all need fixing.

How well does xxx work?

Gregory, the RookGaard loot Npc is working to his fullest! |||| (A small quest might be added to him later on)
John, the addon items seller is also in working order ||||
Xodet has a minor bug. He does not sell you bp's of runes when you say buy bp sd. ||||
Lissy the furniture Npc sells all items she is supposed to. ||||
Lubo is in full working order. ||||
Ingred buys all 8.54 items from you correctly. ||||
Frodo loves making food, and would very much appriciate you buying some from him. |||| (Soon, a quest will be added)

I think Im going to close this project for now. There's several reasons why Im doing this, but you probably dont really care. I will continue working on the OT and testing it. I just dont like added preassure and having to worry about posting updates here.

Ive deleted the UnknownOT map from my computer, and Ive deciided to start from scratch on another map.
