Ok guys, i need a script what can change a item into a better one after u upgrade that certain item with 5 gems, then when u use a big gem on it, it turns into better item then u can upgrade it with small gems and so on so on

Example. Plate armor......armor 10...add 5 gems= armor 20, then use 1 big gem, goes into golden armor...armor 25, etc
