hello am from mexico and this is my problem:

I have a server did a full reset but now when there will be ports 7171 after reboot the machine and I'm going to a page atorren to check if the port is open and I put this error! Port 7171 does not appear to be open.
and more than I am trying to reopen the port 7171 jala I do not I?
