About the npcs and wands I'm thinking about it.

The release will be probably February 8th.
 
Btw shouldn't the skill,ml and lvl rates go at the same phase? Like all 3x +/-? Otherwise they won't be the way cipsoft made them to be. Not saying it's worse, but I'd still stick to them being the same.
 
Sorry, My expectation was I that I could open it today.

dont expect much man. expect 5 players. people want high rate. we dont have time for low rate. low rate players already have valahala/realots/tibianic pretty soon. it will be big fail UNLESS highrate staged
