Server has been down because I have been bedridden with illness, sorry for the inconvenience.

This update is to mention.

No player will ever be bannished without a reasonable trial of their peers.
If no players are online to adjourn the trial. Then the player is innocent until the trial may occur.

Innocent until proven Guilty.

Since I am an American I will deal with matters involving banishment as such.

Lets use this as an example.

If you say. This country sucks.
No ones going to banish you from it. So why should I ban you for saying my server sucks? I shouldnt and I wont.

I will be writing up a reasonable list of rules and procedures that are to be followed.
There will be fines to go along with breaking the rules of these procedures.
If the fine is not paid jail time will be issued.

I hope you can all see this as being the most reasonable issue around.
