Im starting many various rpg's and war projects in order to find the next big server on the market!

I have 150$ on a mastercard to buy a dedicated host when we the server ready to go!

What I'm thinking is either a custom server with custom features or a real tibia map with lots of Customizations & Features, so this thread is basically for all upcoming OT Mappers, owners, and any creators out there to have a shot at being in the next big server.

We need all the ideas we can get, and all the help we can get! This server will have everything needed to become a highly played server so come on and join!

Host - Dedicated when time is needed
Mappers - 4 (work on the map for 2 days at a time, mappers need good computers)
Action scripters - 3-4 (Must know what you're doing or have good resources!)
Designers - 2-3 (One for website work, another for detail and maybe sprites, another for the basic server designing with photoshop)
Tutors-CM's - 5-8 (4 Tutors, 3 Snr Tutors, 2 GM's, 1 CM - God's to team members.)

The list will be updated as people need increase as this should be a 15 man team+.

Please get back to me on any thoughts you have on what a server needs to make it to the 100+ player ranks on the lists.

I was thinking of making a RL; do you have any suggestions for a server to start from thats basically bug free?
