utito tempo bugged!

as the title says utito tempo is bugged it does nothing when used but wastes mana

UPDATE: its only bugged when u use berserker potions which raises ur skills 5 lvls then utito tempo wont work

That's how it's supposed to be and how it is on real tibia. You can't have both active at the same time.
