First tip: 9999x servers are hard to take seriously.
Second tip: Leave more information about your server.

Here are some questions to ask yourself.

What are the skills and magic level multipliers? 
What map will you be using?
What current staff members do you have?
What kind of mappers are you looking for?
What makes your server unique?
