I've been looking and i couldn't find any solutions. Can i change it from Premium Days to VIP Days?

Nope. You need to use OTclient i think.

You could change it to display VIP Days but it would still say premium, but that might not fit your needs?

You can hex the client easily to change it, but all of your players would have to download the client, otherwise they'd still see the word "Premium"
