Lua Vocation Weapon Only

Hi, I'm wondering where do I find where I can edit a weapon or armor to be only for a certain vocation?

I can't seem to find boot's in my weapons list any clue to where I can find them? I'm trying to add vocation 1 and 2 to my donator boots.
