Linux VPS Ubuntu (can't enter to the game but can enter to website)

Hello i have a problem, recently i bought a VPS , for a server i created and i finish but i have a problem i can enter and other people too but only to webpage, if we try to enter to tibia (game) nothing happen.

pd. i forget to said i have a domain.com, and i can enter with the domain to the page but to the game he said connection timed out ,and only can enter with the public ip
