Walk through noobchars!

Hello, Im looking for a script that will walk through all noobchars (level 50 and lower).

Ive seen this on some OT's, but ive been searching for this script for a 20min now Well i rep ++ for any helpz!

Didnt solved my problems, that script was not even done ;P No one could explain it either :/

The script is completely done, and functioning and well explained if you actually know how to read english. All you would have to do is change it so instead of checking for PVP option enabled or disabled you make it check for level.
