Not so long ago I got a dedicated server at UPC Romania
Actually it was 1 month ago (copying from another forum)
We are hosting a site but a server can still take place

NOTICE THAT I WILL NOT HOST ANY KIND OF REAL MAPS, SICK AND TIRED OF IT

Some information about the computer:

It has 4096 MB Ram
The internet connection is 100 mbps
The HDD is over 200 GB (not a big deal but I'll never see an OT bigger then 10 GB)
The CPU is Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.80GHz Processor
Linux and Windows compatible setup

You get these acceses if I accept to host:
FTP access, phpmyadmin access and remote program controller for the allowed folders!

A speedtest is always good, and what access the one who send you the server will get, like phpmyadmin access, perhaps remote access to the computer as well? If you want it serious, make serious users think this is interesting and not just another random hoster application.

edit1: ahh restricted remote access to only some folders? You don't got full?
