I used to play a lot when real Tibia was fun, I quit when the 7.6 update was introduced. The guild wars system was recently introduced so I really don't know much about it.

The paralyze effect should be addressed after next server save, guild emblems will be working after next server save. Spell formulas are equal to the ones posted on TibiaWiki and they are pretty accurate to real Tibia formulas. What are we so far behind with? It's quite hard to work from that feedback, you are not hinting us about what to focus on.
