[Webiste] Cannot use chrome/mozilla

In my website, when i try to buy the items from the item shop, i can't use google chrome / mozilla firefox.. Its only Internet explorer that works, is there any solution for that?

well, with your firefox, just delete old data, like cookies and stuff like that.
