Windows Website connection!

I got a lil problem. I dont use router!

People that live near of me can get on my website (like 100 mile around). People that live far away (100 mile ++) can't access to my website. It's just dont load it or say it's taking too long for load.

Anyone can help me to solve this problem? I'm bored using account manager >.>

Do you use a domain\DNS? It might be that the DNS for those users further away from you haven't updated with your IP.

I tried with my friend that live far away only with my ip and its dont work :S I really need to find out the problem
