Website errors all the place!

Hello otland Ive recently installed a new host and when i install my website i get alot of errors

i get

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/otsmanager/www/public_html/pages/latestnews.php on line 15

and some pictures wont load and some pages wont load because its a captial letter difference
