Website install error!!

I got this error on step 5 :-

Probably you used AAC for 0.3 TFS, with TFS 0.2. Check versions...or you can manually replace your sql query, from name, to ..?
I can't say, cuz I never used 0.2 TFS, they don't support account names yet, isn't?
