Windows Website IP Address Doesn't work!

I'm sure this is an easy fix, but I cannot figure it out. Help please!

When I type in my IP address of my server into the internet: nightnernia.servegame.com
It's takes me to my router settings

Also, when I type in my IP address of my server, it won't connect me into my server, I have to put my IP address (xx.xx.x.xx) to actually log in, but for everyone else it's nighternia.servegame.com It was't like this before!

You cannot use your global ip to connect if you are on the local host.

That's weird because I was able to before..

Well I still don't understand why my global IP address takes me to my router setting in my browser.

I can't connect with my global IP as it's global. But I can sign in with the IPv4-adress (local). No that's wierd indeed! :S

yes you can use http://localhost and other peoples use nightnernia.servegame.com

Eh, IPv4-adress is the sam as localhost, but it's more the router-ip (192.168.0.999). I'm well aware of that you can use localhost.
