Windows Website problem/Connection issues

My Gesior seems to work when i enter the address 127.0.0.1 or 192.168~ in a browser thats using my network,
but for some reason even when i set my servers ip to my global ip, the website wont work with my no-ip address
or my global ip address as the url. what am i doing wrong?

where do i enter the ip address in gesiors configuration?

open your routers port 80
