Website, router

Ok, I followed many tutorials on how to setup a website and everytime I enter my IP adress in the internett field it goes straight to my router I even tried to use no-ip.org, but still I got in to my router.
And noone else can go into the website, it doesn't work.

Anyway to solve this?

I already have portforwarded. The server works fine with that link but I need the website so I can creat accs.
Not really when I enter garbrut.no-ip.info in my internett field it still goes to my router and not to my website. Strange?
Help pls?

Are you sure you're using your GLOBAL IP?
You can check your IP at: IP Chicken - Whats my IP address? ip address lookup

Port 80 and 3306!(80, 3306= WEBSITE)

Actually port 80 is mainly for the website (Apache port) and 3306 is for the database connecting (through the website) and the server (MySQL port).

Try look at PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall, I am sure they have a solution for you.

You only need 7171 and 80..
