Windows Website setup help....

So this is my first time ever going to make a website for my ot and I hav all the files I need I just need to know how to set it up. I am using TFS 0.3 or w.e and also I have Xampp.

All the files for the Web Page are in the Htdocs file, I just need help in knowing what to change so that I can have the page set for my server. I have a host created also for my server but I do not have my ports opened up b.c I am a noob and don't know how to do that even if there are several tutorials.

Help me and I will be forever greatful, cant offer cash of anything cause I am dirt poor

You shouldn't make thread in support, for everything you need. All of your questions are questions for beginer. Why don't you take a look in tutorials section? There are a lot of useful tutorials, and there are answers for your questions.
