In my OT only 2 players get frag, and only 2 players is in website, i need that show all killers in characters page.

The website get's it's information from the database, which gets it's info from the server. If your config is set up to only give 2 frags than that is all that is registered in your db. You need 2 scripts, one to register all of the characters targeting the player on death and then you need to make your character deaths in characters.php that info in your database.
