Website to Server

Can someone post me a tutorial link on how to link my server to the website?
I would really appreciate it... or possibly try to explain to me how to do it?

Download gesiors acc manager - http://otland.net/f118/unnamed-acc-maker-0-3-2-beta-forgotten-server-12954/

Copy all the files in your c:/xampp/htdocs folder and go in to your website trough browser and start installing acc manager.

If you're new to it, and want some easier account manager, try out Nicaw.net's website account manager. You don't need to install anything there, just download the ZIP and delete all the current files in your htdocs and extract the nicaw files to your htdocs folder. Same with gesior's, but after that you need to enter 127.0.0.1/install.php or your IP. It will explain step by step how you will install it, it's very simple.
