Does anyone knows of it is possible to make a my own site where people can create accounts for TFS. So does anyone knowns of it is possible on a CMS like:"Joomla"

Yea, if you are good in PHP and with the program I think its possible. But I do not know how, you gotta ask a php pro like Macro because I have never done a entire website account manager from scratch.
