GUYS please help me out i'm kind of stock in the install of acc page when i'm typing my password for the admin acc this comes up

That's because... Are you trying to install Gesior's AAC (for TFS 0.3.x) and you have TFS 0.2.x?

If I'm wrong, execute this on phpMyAdmin:

ALTER TABLE `accounts`
ADD `name` varchar(32) NOT NULL default '';
