hello i wanna know what kind of Enkryption you use for your tibia server!

I used sha512.

EDIT: I don't encrypt anything in the database, I use a one way hash.
 
okey! so if i use plain is that good or bad?
it say plain in my server config so i quess that is how it's krypted?

Noone should ever use plain for any reason! SHA1 is default in 0.4 now.
 
Hmm.. so if I change from "plain" to "SHA1" right now, will it do anything? I mean, players already created accounts with plain (I have plain atm)
 
yea... well the website when you create aint that who deside if it's sha1?
i mean the website that deside if it's that or not!
only couse i wrote this you change to sh1 to standard?:O

If you use gesior you will get error when using encryption :P it's outdated and you have to change that line in Accountmanagement.php? i think it was that 1
